Perhaps this is the trend.. I blog once a month!
I'm thinking the title for this blog should've perhaps been "A week at the Doctor's office"! That's what it amounted to. I'm so glad this week is over! Still no answer on Emilee's stomach pain though. It's beyond frustrating. I can only pray that it is something psychological.. but we still have to get to the bottom of that.
I'm getting surprise visitors this morning. How do you know, you say? Well.. it was a surprise as of last night! For me.. that's surprise enough. After a week like we just had, my house is in ruins. So I'm about to go on a huge cleaning burst! I'm excited to see my two best friends.. we've been together since the fourth grade! We usually make it a point to see each other every year in December, as a Christmas get together, but the past two years became too busy. This is the first time I'm seeing Pam in two years. Shameful!! Donna I saw in January, but that was the first in over a year and a half. Sigh. We'll have a great time chatting it up today!
Well this was so unexciting, I even bored myself. And it certainly wasn't creative. Maybe next time! I have a headache..what can you expect!?

New Year, old sickness
As I type, Emilee is still sick. I don't know what to do anymore. The Dr. doesn't even seem to know what's wrong. Now today, she has a fever to add to her belly pain. But I'm thinking that's with the stuffy nose, and she probably has a cold on top of everything else. I'm just not happy. And on top of that, I already had to call in sick on only the 10th day of the new year, lol.
I am happy that I finally got my scraproom re-organized. I moved down to the basement over a year ago, and was initially happy with my set-up. BUT as so often happens, when I actually used my space there were things that needed to be changed. So I did an overhaul. I love what I did, and can't wait to get busy down there.
Tanya's bone scan was negative. So.. back to the orthopedic Dr. to find out what next?? She still has pain. Something's out of whack. She was allowed to join an indoor field hockey league. He said as long as it's just once a week.. she should be fine. It's not good to keep that girl inactive. She's a mover and a shaker!!
Well.. A sad little update I guess, but I'm trying to get more regular with the posting. I'll add pics of my room. won't that be fun!?
